I don't see the gown that I want...
Contact us if you can't find the gown you are looking for. We may be able to get that gown for you at a discounted price. Call us at 407-241-3112 or email sales@discountbridal.org
I found the gown for less elsewhere....
We are a reputable company and want your business. We match prices with all other retail stores. You must let us know where you saw the gown for less, we will verify the price and match only if the store you saw the lower price at is an authorized manufacturer retailer. We are authorized by the manufacturer to sell all the gowns you see here. There are some internet companies that charge a really low price on gowns but do not uphold any of the manufacturers policies and sometimes you have no recourse if you don't get your gown or if it is damaged. Please be wary of companies that sell too low. If it is too good to be true there usually is a reason.
I have been told the gown I want is not in stock...
We hear this alot. Please call us. We order in such large quantities from the manufacturers that sometimes we can get a dress when others can not. Please call us or email us if you are having a problem getting a dress and have been told by others they can't get it.
My wedding is 6 weeks away, I have no gowns
We have put together many weddings in less then 2 weeks. Don't worry call us or email. We have alot of manufacturers that carry stock. One of our consultants will work with you personally to find out what you are wanting and find a manufacturer that has a gown you are needing and in the correct color and sizes.
Can I return my Prom Gown?
All prom gowns are considered final sales, and are non returnable for any reason other than manufacture defects, and will be replaced in the same size and color as ordered. However if the gown was shipped to you from our in stock in our store, we will take it back within 3 days for a store credit only and a 30% restocking fee.
What if I receive my dress and its damaged?
Discount Bridal has taken all the necessary steps to assure that you will receive your order in satisfactory condition. Unfortunately, we might not see a defective gown untill it is actually tried on, we ask that you inspect the dress within 48 hours to make sure that it is in excellent condition. If you feel the merchandise does not meet your expectations, you can contact us by phone or e-mail to discuss the matter. If we determine that the dress needs to be returned, you will be issued an authorization # and a call tag will be issued for the item. Should there be a defect, the gown will be replaced only in the identical size and style or it will be repaired. There will be no refunds due to time constraints. For this reason please order early.
Can I return my shoes?
All shoes and purses may be returned within 3 days of recieving the item if not dyed or worn. There is a 30% restocking fee and store credit only.
Can I cancel my order?
Our store policy starts as soon as we recieve your order. We process orders immediately, for this reason your order can not be cancelled if the manufacturer has already shipped the gown to us even if you only ordered it a few hours ago. If we can stop an order within 24 hours of placing your order there is a $25 cancellation fee. Orders can not be cancelled for any reason after 24 hours.
