Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients (Makes about 48 cookies)
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
48 mini Snickers bars, unwrapped
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla
