Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 lb beef steak strips
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup provolone cheese, grated
2 boxes crescent roll dough
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.Sauté Vegetables
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook 5–7 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.Cook the Steak
Push veggies to the side. Add steak strips, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook 3–5 minutes until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then combine with the veggies.Build the Ring
Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends with the points facing outward to form a ring.Fill & Fold
Spoon steak and veggie mixture around the wide ends of the dough. Sprinkle generously with provolone. Fold pointed ends over the filling and tuck underneath to seal.Bake
